AV Project Manager

Location: Titusville

Duration: 3 months (October - December 2024)

On-site Requirement: Full-time, daily presence required in Titusville, NJ

Pay: $50-55/hr

Scope:

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day activities for our 80 Conference Room Upgrade and Digital Signage Project at our Titusville location. This project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2024

Responsibilities:

• Project Understanding: Fully comprehend the scope, dependencies, stakeholders, and timelines of the project.
• Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, drive activities, onboard resources, document decisions, provide weekly updates, and manage finances.
• Daily Management: Oversee day-to-day activities, ensure timely delivery, manage project timelines and expectations, and provide overall status reports.
• Collaboration: Partner with other Project Managers to ensure clear alignment on dependencies and timelines.
• Scrum Leadership: Conduct daily Scrum calls to maintain project momentum.
• Communication: Assist with communications planning and ensure effective information dissemination.
• Commitment Delivery: Ensure all commitments are met and plan activities for Q1 2025.
• Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings with local facilities, AV vendors, and site leads to track project completion.
• Documentation: Send out weekly meeting minutes and maintain thorough project documentation.
• Issue Resolution: Raise escalations and work towards their resolution.
