What are the responsibilities and job description for the sales/lab tech position at Brooksville Optical?
We are looking for a dependable employee who is a fast learner and has the ability to multitask. Needs to have the ability to provide courteous and polite customer service. Speaking Spanish is a plus. Position starts as a part time but can grow into a full time position. Experience would be nice but training is provided. Apprenticeship available to right candidate interested in pursuing opticianry license.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- edging eyewear
- keeping machine and lab organized
- being able to lift up to 40lbs.
- answering telephones
- scheduling appointments
- insurance verification
- sales
- doing pre-testing on clients
- entering sales into computer and cashing out clients
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
