This is a high-profile role and will require dedication, long hours, strong customer service skills, leadership, and a commitment to excellence! We are looking for a talented ACCOUNT MANAGER who has a proven track record of success in managing multiple crews and worksites, and building long term relationships with existing customers. Heavy equipment experience is a big plus.

Ideally, the candidate should have experience in sales and possess strong horticultural skills. We need an individual that has at least five (5) years of experience within the green industry showing successive increases in responsibilities with regard to customer relationships and operational effectiveness. A strong understanding of landscape management practices, plants, weeds, insects, plant diseases, and systems management for irrigation.
The ability to manage time and effectively keep tasks on schedule will lead to success. The Account Manager should be experienced to encourage staff performance, and in providing good customer service. They also must be able to work independently, proactively, communicate effectively, adequately answer customers' questions and concerns, and be detailed oriented. Candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Office and a landscaping software system for daily scheduling, tracking sales, job costing, and providing customer quotes for services.
