Position Description:
PURPOSE:
Deli Managers are responsible for the proper stocking and rotation of merchandise in the deli department, including of products to ensure fresh, high-quality offerings. They are responsible for proper inventory control to maximize product freshness and availability. They answer questions from customers about products and help increase sales by handing out food samples and by recommending additional items to customers.
- Must be able to frequently lift 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
