Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bakery Manager to oversee our bakery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality baked goods, and maintaining a clean and organized bakery environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bakery operations including food preparation, baking, and customer service
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise bakery staff to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Develop and update menu offerings in collaboration with the culinary team
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and special orders
Skills:
- Experience in hospitality, food preparation, food handling, and team management
- Proficiency in food service, catering, inventory control, and food safety practices
- Strong interviewing skills to recruit and train bakery staff effectively
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
