Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Deli Manager to oversee our deli operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in food handling, restaurant management, and possess strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily deli operations including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service
- Train, supervise, and schedule deli staff to maintain high-quality service standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and storage
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a deli or restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on quality and satisfaction
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to manage kitchen operations effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hospitality or hotel industry experience is beneficial
