Full Time Eligible 80 Hours per pay period. High School graduation or equivalent.One year of related experience. The Communications Specialist/PBX Operator provides assistance to all incoming and outgoing calls at PBX switchboard, directs all incoming calls to appropriate areas, monitors emergency alarms and provides assistance during code situations. The Communications Specialist/PBX Operator must possess the ability to work independently, demonstrating good judgment and knowledge of the PBX switchboard and utilize good communication skills. This individual must remain in control and perform well in high-pressure situations
