Our structured, 12-month training program is designed to educate and prepare self-motivated and entrepreneurial-spirted individuals for a sales role in our Commercial Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits Divisions. You will be trained by the industry elite and be mentored by seasoned professionals who invest time and resources into your growth and success!
Upon successful completion of the program, you will move into the Commercial Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits Divisions at Brown & Brown as a Sales Executive.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:The program will teach new Sales Executives:
Technical Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits insurance training
In depth coverage analysis and policy review
Insurance carrier marketing
Outside sales and customer consultation
Business to business relationship development
Account management and customer service
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, required
Active Property & Casualty or Life & Health License, or obtain within 90 days of employment, required
Bachelor’s Degree, required
Strong financial aptitude, required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, required
