2nd Shift PART TIME Load Crew Brandon - 4:30pm - until all loads are filled. $18.00 per hour. 2 - 3 days a week (16-28 hours M-F).
- Report to work at schedules time in appropriate attire.
- Accurately build and load product from warehouse for delivery
- After building/loading is complete, restack and condense any partial pallets in the warehouse
- Ensure all product is separated by flavor and package size
- All merchandise returned to the warehouse is to be restocked appropriately
- Remove all trash and debris from inside and outside of warehouse
- Repackage and restock broken or loose merchandise
- Properly sort, stack, wrap, and load Dunnage
- Clean floors with scrubber as required
- Keep floors and walls clean and clear of debris at all times
- Report equipment damages or repairs needed immediately
- Follow all safety practices as instructed
- Load and/or strip trucks of freight and Dunnage
- Receive inbound freight and/or transfer outbound freight using handheld
- Perform other necessary duties as assigned by management.
- Contributing to the improvement of processes-procedures
- Developing skills and knowledge based on current job responsibilities and future desires.
- Possess a high school diploma/GED.
- Warehouse experience preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. frequently
- Must have a valid MS Drivers license with Clear MVR
- Excellent communication/negotiation skill and a positive attitude

- Ability to transition verbal or written communication / directive to in-store execution
- Sufficient math skills to perform calculations of margins and other sales related functions
- Ability to lift, bend, and stoop while performing a variety of physical tasks
