The Customer Care Leader excels at communicating with homeowners and trade partners. The Customer Care Leader needs hands on experience and basic punch out, drywall, paint, trim repairs as needed. Basic plumbing and electrical skills/ knowledge required. All while delivering an excellent customer service experience. This opportunity is based in our Asheville Design Studio.
