As our Customer Service Rep - Experience Specialist, you are the "go-to" person at our company. Employees and clients alike depend on you for accurate information as well as exceptional customer care! You spend much of your time answering phones, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues for customers.
Using your amazing organizational skills, you keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. You also provide fantastic customer service as you communicate with clients.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 or more years of customer service experience

WORK SCHEDULE
The hours for this position vary on a rotating basis. The shifts are 7 : 30 am - 4 : 00 pm, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm, and 10 : 00 am - 7 : 00 pm Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.
