The Oppertunity
The Electrical Engineering Technician is responsible for testing and modifying electrical machinery or electrical control equipment and circuitry.

Essential Duties:
  • Test prototype systems, setup/collection ERT survey, and troubleshoot;
  • Conduct field exploration, survey setup and process, and analysis;
  • Assist with providing technical and field support on complex projects;
  • Complete tasks and small projects with guidance and interaction from senior technical staff; and
  • Performs field and office tasks (technical and non-technical) and analysis.
Position Requirements & Competencies:
  • High school diploma or general education (GED); Associated degree of Science degree, Knowledge in electrical engineering preferred;
  • 2-10 years of relatable experience preferred;
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision;
  • Experience in using common test equipment is a plus (DMM, oscilloscope, SMU, etc.);
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas; and
  • Maintains positive internal and external customer service relationships.
