Join our team as a day shift, full-time, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Manager of Nursing (RN) in Amarillo, TX.
The Nurse Manager is responsible for assisting the Director with the overall leadership responsibilities of the department in accordance with established nursing standards, philosophy and BSA mission/vision. The Nurse Manager serves as a vital link between management and the clinical staff as well as strives to achieve efficient, safe, and cost-effective patient care.
Job Requirements:
Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
BSN or actively enrolled/pursuing BSN, must complete within 24 months
Current License as RN in State of Texas
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Experience ONLY
American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support Certification
Position requires fluency in English language to function in job environment appropriately
