Principle Responsibilities
Assist and advise hiring managers in employee / customer recruiting and selection
Prepare recruitment materials and conduct job / recruitment events / fairs
Screen all resumes and job applications
Contact applicants through Applicant Tracking System, email, phone calls, and text
Assess applicants' relative knowledge, skills, and soft skills for their positions
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Schedule & conduct interviews using reliable recruiting / selection tools
Assist with onboarding and admin communications
Other duties or projects as assigned by SBR leadership
Abide by policies and procedures outlines in the SBR staff handbook
Qualifications & Training
21 years of age or older recruiting and / or previous SBR experience required
Excellent organizational and task prioritization
Excellent communication skills. Including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability and desire to learn recruiting & onboarding systems
Ability to use Microsoft Teams daily for work related communication and coordination
Be or become a registered member of the Boy Scouts of America

Can pass the physical exam and approved for SBR height and weight requirements HERE
Performance Results
Communicates with applicants a minimum 3 times before closing applications
Maintains hiring timeline of 24 - 7 - 14 contact, interview, hire
Regularly demonstrates appreciation to other staff and follows the Scout law
