The BSN SPORTS team is looking for a team oriented, high-energy Sr. Operations Manager- Warehouse in Grand Prairie, TX. As a member of the Operations team, the Sr. Operations Manager -Warehouse is a key leadership role and is responsible for providing a safe environment, developing and coaching all team members, and collaborating with teams across the organization to achieve KPIs that result in outstanding service to our coaches and student athletes. Sr. Operations Manager - Warehouse is responsible for driving inventory and order accuracy for on-time delivery of garments to external and internal sources across a multi-shift operation with approximately 200 team members utilizing various pick methods. Sr. Operations Manager - Warehouse is accountable for receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, quality control, shipping, and bag and tag areas in addition to our warehouse in a warehouse operation. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-35 lbs. on a regular basis. Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
