Essential Functions

Ensures seamless customer service as a liaison for guests, employees and new hires while spending up to 8 hours/week supporting the front desk operations in areas including:
- Connects callers to the appropriate department / individual.
- Manages the daily flow of mail / packages delivered to the corporate headquarters.
- Manages visitor flow from arrival to departure; ensures HQ VIP guests have a positive on-site experience during their visit.
- Fosters security by following procedures such as monitoring guest logbook and issuing visitor badges.
- Collaborates with Payroll, IT and Facilities to ensure proactive support and process ownership including meeting room hardware and common areas (e.g., breakrooms, restrooms, gym, and locker rooms)
- Maintains meeting room schedules to enable organized team collaboration.
- Maintains employee and department directories.
- Produces company badges for new employees.
- Coordinates and facilitates activities related to new hire orientation.
- Facilitates a 30-day verbal check-in with new employees to ensure they are having a positive experience.
- Conducts and documents exit interviews with departing employees and pulls common themes to share with HR leadership.
- Researches employee data in Workday and generates ad hoc reports for HR Business Partners.
- Supports with performance management and coaching including maintaining and updating employee files.
- Assists with employee relations intake, investigative fact-finding and prepares responses.
- Provides additional project support as needed by the HR Department.
- Conducts the processing of I-9 verifications.
- Assists in communicating and interpreting policies and procedures.
- Processes referral bonuses in a timely, accurate manner.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Ability to navigate ambiguity within a complex, dynamic and rapidly changing business environment.
- Ability to prioritize the most impactful work among multiple competing priorities.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, related field or professional experience equivalent
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with Workday a plus
- Minimum (2) two years of Human Resources experience.

Salary : $43,300 - $54,900
