What are the responsibilities and job description for the Funding Manager position at Bspoke?

We are looking for an Escrow Post-Close Team Manager who can:

Own responsibilities such as adherence to service level agreements to our lending partners, ensuring the positive balance report is cleared, and that checks are properly prepared ahead of time
Make our funding process more efficient and set us up to succeed as we scale the # of funding team members that we have

Responsibilities will include also helping when necessary:

Assisting with funding and post-closing responsibilities
Review signed documents for compliance with federal, state, and local law and company policies
Communicating to the customers and Escrow Officers details relating to the closing
High levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and focus on deadlines
Providing an incredible customer experience by being informative, responsive, patient, and friendly in all interactions

About you:

1-2 years of experience working on transactions in a post-closing capacity; preferably with experience as a "Team Lead"
Ability to manage, lead, and mentor team members about the post-closing process
Knowledge of legal documents with the ability to analyze and evaluate documents as they relate to residential real estate closings
Software experience with Qualia is strongly desired. Experience with other title production software such as Softpro, Ramquest, Resware, LandTech, or similar software will also be considered.
Experience with post-closing Title transactions in Texas
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Deadline-driven.
