Responsibilities:
- Sales – Prospecting, Qualifying, Relationship Building, Follow Up Utilizing our CRM
- Design Build- Help layout a commercial kitchen, quote and follow through with project management
- Field Work – Inspections, Measurements, Working with Contractors, Submittal Approval, Change Orders, Punch Lists, Equipment Training and Startup
- Design Support - Consulting, Meeting and Communicating with End Users and In-Store Designer
- Project Management Support – Teams with Project Installer on Projects
- Marketing – Promoting equipment products through demonstrations, and startup/trainings
- Equipment Knowledge - Continued learning on equipment, comparisons, demoing, features, applications, etc. and able to demonstrate/convey this knowledge in a professional/friendly way.
- Ordering Equipment and Follow up – Writing orders proficiently, keeping track of items on our CRM and following up frequently with customers.
- Customer Service - Professional and prompt follow up, feedback, moving accurate information quickly and proficiently. Curiosity in positive questions for helpful conversations.
- Scheduling – Assist with scheduling out deliveries and communication with the Installer/Delivery Personnel
- Internal Communication - Utilizing our internal communication systems, lead follow up system and technology to maximize the open flow of communication through the full sales process to completion. Team collaboration is a must.

- Professional - Look and talk professionally.
- Working with Departments – Working with each department to maximize customer care and representatives within the territory.
- Technical and Computer Savvy – Be able to demonstrate speed and effectiveness with technology.
- Multipart Help (flexibility) - Willingness and eagerness to help where there is help needed. Deliveries, on-site, playing any part if there are vacations, sickness, etc.
- Proactive - Eliminate potential issues before they happen.
- Dependability - Prompt, answering phone, follow through when saying yes.
- Honesty/Integrity
Requirements:
- Very proficient in current technology (Office, iphones, CRM software, etc)
- Sales Experience
- Kitchen Experience/ Culinary degree/ ect
- Proficient at communication on phone and/or using technology to communicate
- Very organized/ prompt follow up skills
- Process-Oriented
