About this role
The role holder is responsible for planning and delivering substantial sales growth. Responsible for client engagement relating to existing and new business including client satisfaction. The role holder would be expected to deliver growth with new Sales covering 2 large existing accounts, targeted on incremental Sales Margin (ICGM) & revenue, driving value activities and pipeline growth.
You'll have the following responsibilities
- The job entails supporting two of BT Global key energy sector clients which are part of BT globally manged accounts.
- The area of sales and business development is Canada, United States, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina.
- Plans then delivers strong sales growth.
- Growth will be globally and the full range of GS portfolio including industry proposition.
- Keeps sales records current and accurate in Salesforce.
- Actively manages senior client relationships to ensure long term profitable & growing business and strong customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the entire organization to deliver winning and profitable sales.
- defining the account plan, identify whitespace opportunities and sell profitable GS solutions.
- Accountable for the customer relationships and ensure E2E customer satisfaction.
You'll have the following skills & experience
- Ability to work in a team whilst being self-sufficient in creating business plans. Following up the internal sales approval process making use of established BT processes
- 5 years of experience with relationship management and direct sales
- Track record of success in building relationship at C-level/senior manager/exec level
- Understanding key customer requirements
- Building customer relationships, working with a global team in different time zones, ability to travel -
- Has delivered or exceeded sales targets in a major account
- Developed and executed successful account plans to deliver business unit sales targets
