Position Requirements:
- Pricing/ Field Scrap Charge Back evidence documents preparation (Price Diff. Report & Offset Report) & Sales/ AR Verification for Reinvoice - 20 hours per week
- GM Weekly ESAP download, LGEVU reason code, and key-value matching work (2 hours per week)
- Honda/TOYOTA Account Statement preparation (Month-end Open AR download, Invoice and Bill to Code matching and entry) - 2 hours per week
- Stellates (FCA) & Tier1 Weekly EDI I/F completion review and sending modified invoices - 5hours per week
- Weekly Credit Memo Report summarize – 5 hours per week
- Others: GM CTL Claim documents collection from related teams and uploading to GM system – 6 hours per week
Position Requirements:
- Accounting & Finance less than 2 years.
- Advanced in EXCEL.
