This Program Management (PM) position is to lead multiple opportunities within the Air Traffic Systems product line with a focus on the emerging AAM/UTM market. This position is primarily responsible for developing and supporting the execution of product line overall growth strategy associated with an approved pursuit effort to increase the win probability of new and existing projects. Duties include management of cost, schedule, technical execution, proposal management, and cost account management. Duties will include supporting new business, proposals, production, and sustainment contracts. Duties may include orchestrating bid strategy, providing oversight of the development of proposal volumes and creating, leading, and supporting capture and proposal teams. The PM works closely with all functional areas to ensure alignment and that all documentation complies with the Raytheon IPDS business model. The PM will lead IPDS and Gate activities such as Gate 3, Gate 4, Gate 5, Gate 10, and Gate 11. Specific tasks include Development, implementation, and maintenance of Program Management Plans, consistent with program requirements and company policies.
Job Duties:
•Lead opportunity pursuits from qualification to award leveraging honed Capture processes and offering creative expertise
•Shape RFPs prior to release through strategic customer engagement and mission enhancing solutions
•Develop overall proposal plan that includes technical, management, and pricing strategies
•Develop associated briefing materials and present at gate reviews to CAMS leadership team
•Provide leadership and oversight during proposal development phase while developing and maintaining key customer relationships
•Ability to manage a portfolio of programs.
Required Skills:
•12 years of demonstrated knowledge of program management processes for execution of cross business proposals / programs.
•Experienced with leading a multi-functional team from proposal generation through contract award / completion including experience managing cost, schedule and technical aspects of a program.
•Strong background and experience in program management techniques (full Profit and Loss responsibilities) working in a matrixed environment
•Experience presenting program status utilizing business and project management tools and procedures such as IPDS, EVMS, IMS/IMP, Risk Management, Financial Forecasts and EAC.
•U.S. Citizenship Status is required as this position will require the ability to Access US Only Data Systems.

Work location can be either Marlborough MA or Washington DC.
Requires deep management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or manage across multiple related departments.
