The Account Executive is central to managing and expanding existing client relationships and generating new business avenues within the Light Industrial, Warehousing, Clerical, & Administrative sectors.
You’ll be working in a hybrid environment, with a lot of time out in the field growing relationships with prospects & clients in your assigned territory in the Philly area. Your clients will range from local businesses through to Fortune 500 companies with a presence in PA.
Some of your day to day will be:
- Effectively managing your sales CRM & pipeline
- New business development via calling, email, LinkedIn, and other marketing tools
- Visiting with prospects & clients across your assigned territory
- Keeping close relationships with your existing clients in order to further grow your business
- Working to targets & monthly activity goals
- Working closely with your delivery team to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- 2-3 years of business development experience in a B2B environment
- Experience in temp/LI staffing is desirable but not essential
- An understanding and a desire to learn tech tools
- Excellent communicator and someone who enjoys being out in the field
- Someone who thrives in a high-activity environment
