R2C/RenXTech is seeking a Program Manager to support a client's operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Washington Metropolitan Area.

Clearance

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical and managerial interface
• Managing all aspects of the project to include scheduling, customer dependencies, cross-team coordination, priorities, risks, resources, etc. 
• Maintaining strong and effective communication with program management and the customer on all status, issues, risks, priorities, and roadblocks

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with poly
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Have a Bachelor's degree required
• PMP certified highly preferred
• Required familiarity with Sponsor policies and regulations, including information and personnel security
• Demonstrated communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in personnel and resource management in an IC capacity
• Demonstrated IC experience in one or more of the SOW areas (Outreach & Mission Engagement, Marketing or Training)
