Assistant Director of Rehabilitation

Buckeye Forest at Rosemount is seeking an Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (ADOR) who is a licensed COTA, PTA, OT, PT or SLP. As the ADOR, you will be provided training and work closely with the facility's DOR to manage the department. The ADOR role includes daily treatment and management duties, as needed.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise the therapy team and ensure quality care is provided to our residents.

· Work closely with the Director of Rehabilitation to develop, implement, and evaluate programs.

· Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

· Provide training and development to the therapy team, and assist with hiring and onboarding new staff.

Qualifications:

· Must be a licensed COTA, PTA, or SLP.

· At least 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.

· Strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a team.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to rehabilitation services.
