Summary
The Photo Shoot Coordinator will present new and innovative fashion content concepts to the Marketing and Merchandising teams for Buckle. Through creative product styling the Teammate in this role will explore new ways of presenting our merchandise and brands; accenting the quality, details, and special features through still and lifestyle photography. This position requires daily communication with Men’s and Women’s buying teams to familiarize with new product receipts, future orders and how to incorporate upcoming trends for Guests to shop as well as communication and coordination with the Design and Marketing teams to generate multiple purposes for fashion editorial content.

- Collaborate with the photography team in setting standards for product and image photography on Buckle.com.
- Communicate precise and immediate feedback on styling, photography, models, and imagery when necessary.
- Ensure photography aligns with Buckle standards, i.e., styling, model selection, posing, angles, etc.
- Select final images that will be used as product photography on Buckle e-commerce website.
- Understand deadlines and prioritize to meet output goals.
- Define, implement, and manage the ingestion of digital assets into our management system by managing metadata schemas, taxonomies, and user groups.
- Maintain professional communication and work closely with internal management team and external business contacts.
- Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and two or more years of digital asset management experience working with an enterprise-level DAM system. In-depth experience with Capture One, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Mac OS, and large-scale asset file management is preferred.
