1.    Mission Statement

Contributes significant value to the corporate strategic plan by creating and implementing a global marketing strategy that will support the overall growth goals of the company and lead to successful business and financial results.

2.    Outcomes

  • Build, lead, and motivate high performing global teams responsible for strategic marketing and product line management.
  • Ensure team alignment with company and brand strategy, focused on key priorities designed to translate company business objectives, market opportunity and portfolio of offerings into a formal, cohesive marketing plan to support and grow the business.
  • Responsible for designing and implementing compelling product marketing materials targeted at key customer buyer and user profiles.
  • Responsible for the implementation of a global market intelligence process, gathering and analyzing internal and external data to drive decisions to achieve outcomes.
  • Develop an intimate knowledge of customer needs and competitive intelligence, identify global market trends and drivers, and formulate and execute strategic global product portfolio planning.
  • Develop and Implement the global go-to-market and global marketing strategy to exceed both short and long-term growth objectives, ensuring the success of the offerings and customer engagement.
  • Lead innovation marketing globally, defining an innovation portfolio and ensuring successful launch and monetization of differentiated technologies.  Partner with R&D to determine current product gaps and to determine product solutions to fill the gaps.
  • Define the needs of product management and ensure execution by the product line management team including strategies for portfolio strategy, pricing, and product life cycle management including a multi-year product roadmap.
  • Generate insights that will drive the business forward and deliver the global growth commitments and market share enhancement.
  • Lead the Voice of the Customer strategy, conduct customer satisfaction surveys and communicate with our customers as needed to transform insights into actions to enhance our customer experience and drive growth.
  • Establish an improved pricing strategy and process, creating organizational capability to deliver the gross margin targets  globally.
  • Execution with excellence of the Growth Strategy for Buckman through project management and ensuring the strategy is up-to-date.
  • Define and update the organizational capabilities needs for future success, including people competencies, differentiated technologies / products, and processes. 
  • Partner with cross functional leadership teams to determine product and solution strategies that meet and exceed the company's strategic objectives

6.    Minimum requirement to apply 

Must have had successful experiences:

  • Ten plus years of product, marketing or strategic leadership including 5 years of experience in portfolio management, commercialization, and product marketing.
  • Developing and Implementing a go-to-market and marketing strategy that delivered both short and long-term growth.
  • Managing an innovation portfolio and ensuring successful launch and monetization of new offerings.
  • Leading successfully pricing, Company branding and market positioning.
  • Leading a marketing team with people management experience with proven success of delivering results through others.
