ABOUT
Buddy's food menu is centered on the premise that food and beverage are both essential parts of the Buddy experience, and are best consumed alongside each other and with friends. In addition, the food program should at all times echo Buddy's core values of community, quality and deliciousness. The Executive Chef is encouraged to explore and express their culinary voice, in collaboration with ownership.

$80,000 annual salary for full-time employment with exempt status

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

3-4 years in a leadership role in a kitchen

Experience managing people
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
A minimum of 40 hours per week on site with a minimum of fours shifts leading the line.

An additional four to eight hours per week (on or off site) dedicated to additional administrative tasks such as but not limited to meetings, inventory, communications, events planning, etc.

Manages and leads with passion, drive and awareness. Exudes positive energy, approachability and sets the tone for the restaurant staff.

Menu development that is in line with the concept, along with consistent training in place for proper execution.

Helps develop and execute a hybrid staffing model with some cross-training.

Willingness to learn and perform some key-holder responsibilities.

Establishes and maintains sustainability practices that minimize waste.
