We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Host/Busser to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. The Host/Busser plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment, assisting servers, and ensuring that guests have a pleasant dining experience. Duties
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests depart to prepare for the next customers.
- Assist servers by refilling waters.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Take payment from customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing outstanding guest services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
