Pay Plan
The ROL position is compensated based on a combination of a day rate and commission. The full day rate is paid for any day on which you perform any work, regardless of the number of hours you work that day. The commission component of your compensation is paid based on a percentage of the Division retail revenue for the work week. The day rate plus the commission are intended to compensate you for all hours you work during the work week at straight time. You will receive additional compensation of 1/2 your regular hourly rate for each hour over 40 you work in a workweek. Your regular hourly rate is calculated by adding your day rate compensation for the workweek and your commission compensation for the workweek, and dividing the total by the number of hours you worked in the workweek. Your day rate, and the way in which your commission is calculated, may change over time, and you will be advised of any such changes before they take effect. However, until you are advised differently in writing by your division General Manager, your weekly compensation will be calculated as described above.
