What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduler/Dispatcher position at Builders Interiors?
Our Scheduler/Dispatcher is at the heart of our company. It is the only position that communicates across all levels daily. With our support staff at your side you make decisions regarding which installation crews to dispatch to which projects. Strong relationships develop between you and our Installation Crews. The Crews and their families depend on and appreciate you and your teams ability to schedule for maximum efficiency and capacity. Their livelihood depends on it.
On the surface the process is straight forward and streamlined, to make sure every job has a crew assigned every day. But the magic of a quality Scheduler is in the nuances. Matching the best crew to the most appropriate job based on installation ability, location, capacity, pay, ect.. An ideal candidate will be able to maintain flexibility and control over job flow when unexpected delays arise ie materials not available, sick crew members, changes in homeowner availability. Everyday proposes different small challenges and the Crews, the Clients and the Company appreciates you and your teams problem solving, production planning and forecasting ability.

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
