The Collections & Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing high volumes of billing and collections data. The ideal candidate will excel in handling high-volume billing processes, preparing detailed reports, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires excellent Excel skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Contract Details:
- This will begin as a 6-month contract position with the high possibility of extension based on performance and company needs.
- The role will be a hybrid remote/on-site role requiring going to the office 2-3 times per week in Seattle, WA, but will require the candidate to live in the Seattle area.
- Manage and process high-volume billing and collections.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on billing and collections activities.
- Handle large volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve billing and collections issues.
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborate with the team to improve billing and collections processes.
- Proven experience in high-volume billing and collections, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work in the office 2-3 times per week.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required.
