Bullseye Property Management & Realty is excited to announce we are hiring for a full-time Property Manager. This position is a key component on our team, and you are the voice our new clients associate with Bullseye Property Management & Realty.
This position reports to the President of the company.

Essential Functions:

  • Establish and maintain positive resident relations, e.g., effective communications, manage resident concerns, problem solving, etc.
  • Assist or meet with clients that come into our office.
  • Prepares lease documents and follows through with all appropriate paperwork.
  • Extends lease renewal offers to current tenants.
  • Prepares all move-out material for departing tenants.
  • Sets move-out appointments/walk throughs with departing tenants.
  • Sending move-out material to residents per company procedure.
  • Verify all requirements are in hand for move-ins.
  • Show properties to prospective tenants.
  • Scheduling cleaners, maintenance, painters, etc. for turnovers as needed.
  • Sends notices and makes phone calls for any late rent.
  • Handles resident complaints in a timely manner while maintaining a friendly demeanor and professionalism.
  • Handles move-in / move-out procedures, including unit inspections and security deposit processing.
  • Updates turnover information on a daily basis.
  • Works on the first and last day of each month according to move outs and ins scheduled.
  • Utilizes procedures & checklists in place for each process.
  • Communicates important information to residents with well-written notices written in a positive manner.
  • Understands, follows, and stays current on all processes & procedures.
  • Documents lease violations and follows-up with residents
  • Maintains high level of customer service.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned

  • There is the opportunity to do work-from-home in this position, once training is completed and you have developed into the position. Everything depends on the level of performance to the job expectations, not time on the job. Many of our team work on a hybrid office-home schedule.

Skills/Qualifications: Detail-oriented professional with computer, e-mail and phone knowledge, sales and negotiation experience, as well as excellent problem-solving and strong communication/listening skills. Prior work in Property Management is required.

Minnesota real estate license a plus that could see you earn even more money, but is not necessary. High School diploma or GED and two years related experience and/or training in a Property Management environment.

Wages & Benefits: Compensation in the range of $48,000 - $60,000 salary to start. This depends on qualifications. This figure is designed as a starting point. We are not opposed to timely increases, in fact we love them. It means you are succeeding and therefore so are we!

  • 401K with company match after the first year of employment
  • 10 PTO days accrued within the 1st year of employment
  • PTO increases to 15, 20 & eventually 25 days per year!
  • Paid holidays, but not just the "standard six". Our company gives employees paid days off on the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve AND their BIRTHDAY!
  • 2 Floating Holidays/Sick Days are also available to qualified employees
  • Cellphone allowance

Work from home (remote work) becomes a partial option after initial training period.

Summary: This is a great situation for the right person. We are medium-sized right now and are expanding within reason as opportunities present themselves. We are based out of Big Lake so you will want to be sure you have a reasonable commute to that area every day.
