Food & Beverage Manager
Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellence in the preparation and delivery of all food and beverage offerings
- Ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a high degree of cleanliness and sanitation within the restaurant, bar, dining area and event space
- Perform weekly physical Food & Bar inventories and meet cost of sales goals
- Oversee daily bar operation including training of Bartenders and controlling of Liquor Inventory
- Oversee and work hand in hand with the Kitchen Manager
- Perform and oversee weekly orders to maintain needed inventory
- Select, train, and supervise all dining and event personnel
- Work with Operations Manager for scheduling of F&B staff and coordinate needs for daily business and events including birthday parties, corporate outings, etc.
- Ensure smooth Restaurant operation of general guest, banquets, corporate & group outings
- Serve as liaison between Bullwinkle's Group Sales Team
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years service experience in restaurant, hospitality, sports/entertainment venue business preferred
- Minimum of 2 years management experience
- Catering and event experience is a plus
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must have a Food Handlers Permit and an OLCC Service Permit
- A proven ability to supervise and lead others effectively
Required Skills:
- Team player with energetic and enthusiastic personality with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organization skills (Management of People)
- Ability to teach, communicate, and positively motivate
- Proficiency with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
- Willingness to learn and work in other areas of operations
- Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
