Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and team leadership.

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing training to enhance performance
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote the store and increase brand awareness
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations

Experience:
- Proven experience in store management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales management and achieving sales targets
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Ability to make informed buying decisions based on store inventory

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 35 per week
