Position Summary:

Bumpboxx is building a fantastic team that is super positive, outgoing and enjoys working with our clients. We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and respond promptly and professionally to all comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media to ensure our strategy remains innovative and effective.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns.
• Analyze social media metrics and performance to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to maximize ROI.
• Identify and engage with influencers and other relevant stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a social media specialist or in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficient in social media analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift

• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Stockton, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
