Today, Replacement Parts, Inc. and Crow Burlingame is made up of a corporate staff, wholesale auto parts and automotive paint store locations, and our warehouse division, Parts Warehouse Inc. (PWI). We employ over 1,400 employees, in twelve (12) states, working at approximately 220 locations, all operating in the aftermarket automotive parts, paint, and heavy-duty parts business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintaining correct PWI cost in the warehouse computer system for all product lines. This pricing is typically created as the result of a price change from PWI vendors, therefore this is usually very time critical.
The creation and integrity of Benchmark Pricing supporting PWI Customers and Crow Burlingame Company Stores.
Maintain price change report for pricing department. This report acts as the pricing department’s “To Do” list for upcoming price changes.
Create and implement electronic promotional price files for Counterworks system.
Assist the VP of Marketing with special projects such as product changeovers and short term pricing specials.
Uses computer to compile statistical data.
Prepares reports, including charts and graphs, for presentations to management.
Performs any other job duties assigned.

Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or GED and willingness to pursue a secondary degree/certification or combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have moderate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products.
