Buncha is looking for a motivated Full-Time or Part-Time Shopper Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment, loves helping people and wants to have an impact in making our neighborhoods greener. You will be responsible for shopping and assisting with deliveries from stores to the customer’s doors.

What We’re Looking for?

• Highly motivated and self-managing with a passion for discovering/solving customer problems.

• Technical aptitude working with customer service, shopping, or on-demand service applications
• Able to enthusiastically meet our shopper standards for timeliness, accuracy, and customer service
• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Have a valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean driving record; must pass background check and insurability
• Have reliable transportation (car year 2004 or newer) and valid car insurance coverage
• Own a newer model Android Smartphone or iPhone (Android 5.0 or later / iOS 15) and in good working condition
• Able to lift 50 LBs

What You’ll Be Doing?

• Work with our Operations team to shop, pack, & stage orders for our Delivery Drivers.
• Use the Buncha app to receive neighborhood orders, shop in-store, and communicate with customers.
• Meet company operating policies and standards, including providing best-in-class customer service.
• Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear communication.
• Prepare and stage orders in a timely manner for our drivers.
• Do whatever it takes to delight our customers with a high-quality experience
