Concert/Event Support

 JOB TITLE: Concert/ Event Support Staff

SUMMARY: Provides general concert support at Bundschu Co. and (((folkYEAH!))) music events on the Gundlach Bundschu Winery property; areas of concert support include bartending, ticketing, artist backstage lounge hospitality, parking and/or concert cleanup support. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide support in any/all areas of concert management; specific areas of support are Ticketing, Bar, Backstage Lounge, and Parking/Facilities
• Provide concert hospitality to patrons, attendees and the performing band and entourage 
• Help with last minute event-set up of your designated area; moves tables, wine, merchandise, and makes sure all essential collateral is printed and ready to go
• Assist with pre- and post-show inventory of all concert wine and merchandise if your shift duties include working at the Concert Bar
• Greet patrons upon arrival, direct parking flow and handle parking fee transactions 
• Scan concert tickets, wristband patrons and provide FAQs about the concert
• Assist in operating cash register and facilitating wine/merchandise purchases
• Provide backstage lounge hospitality to performing artists and their entourage; includes bar support, food/catering support, etc.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation at all times; performs closing clean-up duties.
• Support event tear-down, including bussing glasses, moving cases, closing registers and stacking tables, chairs, etc.
• Work in a friendly, efficient and professional manner; is a representative of Gundlach Bundschu Winery, Bundschu Co. and (((folkYeah!))) when on duty

• Excellent customer service skills
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing 

     conditions with enthusiasm

• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of state liquor regulations a plus; ability to identify when a patron

     has had his/her alcohol limit.

• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various 

     backgrounds.

• Due to the evolving Covid situation, all Bundschu Co. employees must be vaccinated against Covid-19.
