Job duties include but not limited to: working in a Soy Bean processing facility as a Plant Operator who will be responsible for all aspects of the any/ but not limited to the following processes:milling, extraction, loading, lab duties, and control room. The position also requires participation in all sanitation, housekeeping, environmental, safety, and emergency guidelines in all areas of the facility.
Core Functions:
Operating all aspects of Process tasks once training completed.
Know and follow all safety, environmental, and emergency procedures.
Complete any and all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
Understand and be able to clearly communicate throughout the facility.
Keep all work areas buildings and grounds clean at all times.
Actively participate in all aspects of safety including near-miss reporting and meetings.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Skill/Experience Requirements:
HS Diploma or Equivalent Required
Strong Communication skills
Ability to work at varying heights as required
Ability to take instruction and work as a team with others as required.
Position requires work indoors & outdoors in extreme temperatures depending on season.
Ability to work safely and follow policies and procedures
Ability to work in a team environment
Willing to work overtime and flexible hours as required to meet the needs of the business
Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces
Good attendance
