Responsibilities:
- Investigate and work to resolve any exception or issue related to the cash application process within the HighRadius system
- Ensure AR issues are identified, tracked, reconciled, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
- Where possible, work toward understanding the reasons for cash application errors in the High Radius System and suggest changes to improve the error rate in the future
- Assist with maintaining processes and audits on a continuous basis
- Safeguard the company's resources and assets against misuse related to the cash application process within the HighRadius system
- Accurately process AR transactions for all Bunzl companies
- Work directly with Shared Services management to formulate ideas on ways to improve processing for the AR team
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounts receivable; experience in a shared service department preferred
- Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable work processes
- Must demonstrate teamwork, communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Must have the ability to work independently; and be detail oriented
- Capable of organizing and prioritizing multiple work responsibilities to meet deadlines
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
