Overview:
- Day to Day: You will lead the team and drive daily operations of a fast paced, high volume, quick-casual restaurant. High energy personalities are a must!
- Skills for Success: Simultaneously focusing on motivating team members, controlling costs, building sales, full accountability of P&L.
- Hands On: Not only will you be involved in the logistics of management; hiring, training, meetings, adhere to and enforce plans and procedures, you should also expect to jump in at any position and get your hands dirty when needed!

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in a AGM/GM role (QSR preferred)
- Drive-thru and Catering experience preferred
- Familiar with and comfortable leading 10 team members per shift
- Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
- Strong knowledge of commonly used restaurant practices, concepts, and procedures
- Strong administrative, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
