What we ask:
- Minimum of two (2) years of Restaurant management experience; QSR or fast casual is preferred
- Strong communicator able to effectively coach and give direction with enthusiasm, positivity, and energy
- Driven leader with a growth mindset of continuous improvement
- Systems and processes oriented
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Open availability and ability to work a changing schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Duties:
- Trains, coaches, and guides team members
- Able to communicate with other Managers and team members
- Manages the shift to ensure the lowest possible wait times and amazing hospitality while driving sales, reducing waste and upholding quality standards
- Oversees shift labor to ensure proper staff utilization, team member breaks and overall labor efficiency during the shifts
- Assists in ensuring compliance
- Join corporate meetings and training events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
