Currently we are seeking candidates for the part-time internship position of Project Management Assistant (PMA) Intern located at our corporate office in downtown Cincinnati. The internship will last 12 weeks with the possibility of an extension. The primary responsibility of the PMA Intern is to support the Account Management Department by performing a variety of basic marketing research functions.
What You’ll Do:
- Check programmed marketing research surveys for logic and accuracy
- Write/update instructions for research survey administration
- Answer questions via email and telephone from survey respondents
- Create, populate, and check research reports
- Maintain online databases (in a variety of formats)
- Handle administrative tasks such as mail distribution and supply ordering
- Proofread documents – identifying discrepancies, errors, and contradictions
- Assist in finding visuals and other materials for final research report deliverables
- Manage technology for team and client video conferences and interviews
- Support efforts in recruiting respondents for qualitative research studies
- Edit audio/video clips
What You’ll Need
- Must be available 20-25 hours/week during some of the hours of 8am-5pm (flex) Monday-Friday ET
- Must be a Sophomore, Junior or Senior in good standing at an accredited College or University
- Interested in Math, Statistics, Social Sciences, Project Management, Marketing, Problem-Solving
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An aptitude for numbers
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities under tight time pressures
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
