Position Summary : Facilitate the swift and easy onboarding of new vendors to Burlington. Educate and answer questions from buyers, vendors and others on proper onboarding procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve onboarding issues and ensure vendors are set up in accordance with Burlington policies and values.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Vendor Onboarding and Maintenance
- Collect, review and organize all vendor paperwork.
- Escalate vendor issues as appropriate.
- Follow up on setups to ensure all partners are compliant with setup procedures.
- Create new parent numbers and add to corresponding systems.
- Ad hoc projects as required.
- Troubleshooting
- Field vendor and merchant inquiries regarding the setup and maintenance processes.
- Coordinate vendor and buyer meetings to align partners on open issues.
- Build relationships with internal team members and collaborate on resolutions.
- Reporting
- Generate daily and weekly setup reports.
- Verify reporting data is current and accurate.
- Provide commentary to leadership on onboarding outliers.
- Generate weekly parent vendor list.
- Document management
- Collect, organize and validate vendor paperwork and archive executed copies in document repository.
- Partner with vendors to correct inaccuracies within their paperwork.
