Now hiring a Help Desk Technician in Beaumont, Texas! This position will join the IT Support team. The Help Desk Technician will be resolving level 1 support tickets from the company's stores with POS issues, Windows support, answering phone calls from customers & resolving their online tickets, assist internal & external users, troubleshoot PC's, printers, network issues, system integration.
Additional tasks may also be assigned.
Requirements :
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a professional help desk environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- POS experience is a plus, but not required
- Must know Windows 7 & 8, networking, basic hardware
Hours : Monday-Friday, 12 : 00 PM-8 : 00 PM; including some weekends
