Client Success Coordinator - Digital Marketing/ Web Design

We are seeking a talented and experienced Client Success Coordinator to join our fast-growing agency. This full-time, in-office position will play a crucial role in managing client deliverables and ensuring the success of our marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with the ability to handle multiple client accounts and deliver exceptional results. This position starts hourly with the potential to move into a promoted salary position, offering opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Deliverables Management: Oversee and manage various client deliverables, including email newsletters, social media strategy and posting, social networking and engagement, CRM automations, local map SEO, website care, and updates.
• Advertising Management: Set up and manage PPC, LSA, Meta ads, ensuring optimal performance and ROI for clients.
• Branding and Strategy: Create branding guides and marketing messaging strategies tailored to client needs.
• Reporting and Analysis: Review and interpret marketing reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Graphic Design: Create custom graphics such as logos, icons, flyers, and postcards using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
• Project Management: Utilize High-level and ClickUp for efficient project management and task tracking.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with agency experience or a background in freelancing/business ownership.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
• Knowledge of WordPress and Elementor is a bonus.
• Experience with CRM automations and local map SEO.
• Familiarity with PPC, LSA, and Meta ads management.
• Strong project management skills with experience in High-level and ClickUp.
• Ability to work on Mac OS and be proficient with Mac systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
