Registered Nurse

Job Overview:

- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status

- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their healthcare needs
- Assist with medical procedures, including gastric lavage, family planning, basic life support, dementia care, trauma medicine, aliment, inhale, and airway management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation

Skills:
- Proficient in ICD-9 coding for accurate medical documentation
- Knowledge of gastric lavage procedures for emergency situations
- Familiarity with family planning methods and counseling techniques
- Certification in basic life support (BLS)
- Experience in dementia care and understanding of specialized needs
- Proficiency in trauma medicine for immediate response to critical situations
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Attention to detail for accurate documentation and patient care

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of [state]
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent education
