Responsibilities
- Lead a crew performing lawn maintenance services for clients across SE Michigan and Metro Detroit.
- Safely and efficiently operate commercial mowing equipment.
- Assure high-quality service to company standards.
- Train and develop new crew members.
- Safely drive truck and trailer to job sites.
- Maintain crew's safe working conditions at all times.
- Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
- Keep vehicles and clean clean.
- Track time in/out when arriving and leaving properties.
- Snow and ice management services in the winter months.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the company.
Requirements:
- Sufficient lawn maintenance experience, including being able to safely and efficiently operate commercial lawn equipment.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Able to adhere to zero tolerance drug and alcohol policy.
- Able to safely drive and back up a truck and trailer.
- Able to perform basic routine maintenance on lawn maintenance equipment.
- Able to efficiently lead a lawn maintenance crew, including training and developing new team members.
- Must be punctual and reliable. Attendance and dependability is very important in this role.
- Snow and ice management experience - preferred.
