Job Description: Commissioned Sales Representative (Outsourced CFO Services)

We provide strategic financial planning, analysis, and management support to businesses of all sizes. These services are offered as part-time CFO services to help companies navigate financial complexities without the cost of a full time CFO.

Responsibilities

As a Commissioned Sales Representative for our Outsourced CFO services, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, engage potential clients, and close sales. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients who may benefit from our Outsourced CFO services.
  • Utilize various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.) to create a pipeline of prospects.
  • Client Engagement and Consultation:
  • Understand potential clients’ financial needs and challenges.
  • Explain the value proposition of our Outsourced CFO services.
  • Provide information about our expertise, approach, and benefits.
  • Sales Process Management:
  • Follow a basic sales script provided by the company.
  • Conduct initial consultations with potential clients.
  • Address client questions and objections.
  • Close deals by signing contracts for our services.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients.
  • Maintain regular communication to ensure client satisfaction.

Skills

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:

  • Sales Skills: Ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close deals.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business Acumen: Basic understanding of business strategy and financial management.
  • Negotiation: Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-Motivation: Driven to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Prior sales experience (commission-based sales preferred).
  • Familiarity with basic business concepts.

Work Arrangement

  • Commission-only based compensation with estimated annual earnings between 50-80K for experienced B2B salespeople
