What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Professional Coach position at BusySquirrels?
We need a SHERPA coach to provide assimilation, calibration, unification, communication, and coaching to our personnel. The project objective, at a high level, is to locate someone who will aid in:
- Executive Leadership, Successors, Managers, Leadership Teams, Coaching Individuals.
- Train teams to work effectively, in a manner consistent with their communication styles.
- Creating a positive environment, conflict resolution.
- Facilitates Personality Tests such as DiSC, Myers-Briggs, etc.
- Benefits of the program include: self-awareness, optimizing strengths, managing weaknesses in leadership behavior. Turning personal motivation into results, relating to and working with others, effective communication and listening.
Responsibilities:
- You will need to be able to come on site at Golden, CO 80401
- You may need to be able to perform virtually if the need arises.
- You will need to be able to provide/supply all materials needed for trainings.
- You will provide follow-up reports of each participant per cadence (monthly/quarterly/yearly, etc.) of program being facilitated.
Qualifications:
- SHERPA Certification for at least 5 years.
- International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification.

Pay: $20.00 - $100.00 per hour
